StayRove operates solely as an online discovery, listing, and management technology platform. We connect PG owners and prospective tenants but have no involvement beyond facilitating this connection.

Listings on StayRove are published by independent property owners. StayRove does not independently verify all listing details and makes no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any listing.
StayRove does not handle, process, collect, hold, or facilitate any financial transactions including but not limited to:
All financial dealings occur exclusively and directly between tenants and PG owners at their own discretion and risk. StayRove shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any financial loss, fraud, non-payment, or dispute arising from such transactions.
Users are strongly advised to exercise due diligence, verify identities, and seek legal documentation before making any financial commitment.
All users (tenants and property owners alike) agree to:
Property owners additionally agree to ensure their listings are accurate, legally compliant, and that they have full authority to list the property.
Any interaction between a property owner and a tenant — including but not limited to property visits, stay commencement, rental agreements, police verification, document exchange, and move-in/move-out — occurs strictly and exclusively between those two parties.
StayRove does not supervise, control, guarantee, participate in, or take any responsibility for such interactions or their outcomes.
Users acknowledge that StayRove merely provides the means to discover and connect; all subsequent actions are independently undertaken and solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
StayRove does not collect, store, or process government-issued identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or driving licence through its platform.
If any identity or legal documents are collected by a property owner through dashboard tools provided by StayRove, the full legal and ethical responsibility for handling, storing, and protecting such documents rests solely with that property owner.
Tenants must exercise caution and follow applicable law regarding the sharing of personal documents. StayRove strongly recommends conducting formal police verification as required under applicable state law before finalising any tenancy.
All content on StayRove — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, interface, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Smurf Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from StayRove without prior written consent.
Property owners retain ownership of the listing content they submit but grant StayRove a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display such content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StayRove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
StayRove's total aggregate liability to any user, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount paid by that user (if any) to StayRove in the preceding three months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StayRove, Smurf Technologies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. StayRove reserves the right to retain certain data as required by applicable law.
Your use of StayRove is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
StayRove collects only the information necessary to provide its services and does not sell personal data to third parties. We employ reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chandigarh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
StayRove reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We may also notify registered users by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of StayRove following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
